Ingredients

  • 600 g sausae (meat sausae, huntin sausae, sausae, etc.)
  • 5 red pepper (s)
  • 5 tomato (s), ripe (alternatively 2 small cans peeled)
  • 2 liters vegetable stock
  • 150 g tomato paste, seasoned
  • 250 ml tomato ketchup
  • 2 onions)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 pickled cucumber (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • sugar
  • Cucumber liquid
  • parsley
  • Creme fraiche Cheese
  • Sauce thickener

Instructions

  1. Cut the tomatoes and sausage into small pieces, cut the peppers into small strips, dice the onions, garlic and pickles.
  2. Sear the sausage and set aside.
  3. Then fry the onions and garlic until translucent. Bring the peppers to the boil with 2 liters of vegetable stock. Add the tomatoes and onions / garlic and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the sausage, ketchup and tomato paste and season with salt, pepper, paprika and sugar to taste. Bring to the boil again briefly and season to taste. Finally add the pickles. If possible, add about 5 tablespoon of the cucumber broth to the pot. Season again to taste.
  4. Thicken the soup as you like.
  5. Serve with parsley and creme fraiche.
