Ingredients

  • 500 g spahetti
  • 250 grams seafood
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 10 cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 small Bunch dill
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder
  • salt and pepper
  • Chilli powder
  • 1 shot white wine

Instructions

  1. Boil the spaghetti in salted water, rinse in cold water and mix with a few drops of olive oil. Chop the onion, roast it in a pan and finally press the garlic cloves.
  2. Dust with the paprika powder and deglaze with white wine. Add the creme fraiche and tomato paste, mix in the cocktail tomatoes cut in half, add the remaining spices and the finely chopped dill.
  3. Fold in the seafood and let it simmer until a creamy sauce is formed. Rocket salad with orange oil and balsamic vinegar goes well with it.
