Spaghetti With Seafood

We present to your attention an easy way to cook spaghetti with seafood. This recipe is used to prepare pasta with shrimps and mussels.

Ingredients

  • Spaghetti – 300 g
  • Boiled-frozen mussels – 300 g
  • Boiled-frozen shrimps – 300 g
  • Leeks – 150 g
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Fresh parsley – 3-4 sprigs
  • Lemon – 0.5 pcs.
  • Butter – 100 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. Preparing products for spaghetti with mussels and shrimps.
  2. Cut the leek into thin rings. Finely chop the garlic and parsley.
  3. Defrost the mussel meat and wash thoroughly under running water to remove the sand. Defrost shrimps, peel them.
  4. Remove the zest from half the lemon.
  5. Melt the butter over low heat. Add onion and garlic. Fry onion and garlic for 3 minutes
  6. Add shrimp and fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  7. Add mussels, lemon juice, and lemon zest to the pan, as well as all the parsley. Salt and pepper to taste, cook for another 4-5 minutes to warm up the mussels.
  8. Cook spaghetti in salted water until cooked (according to the instructions on the package). We put the cooked spaghetti in a colander so that the excess liquid glass.
  9. We mix spaghetti with seafood. We serve the dish hot.
