Ingredients
- 500 ml water, lukewarm
- 500 g spelled flour, adjust the liquid for other flour
- 1 cube yeast
- 2 teaspoons sea salt
- 1 tablespoon vinegar (fruit vinegar)
- 100 g rains (e.. millet, sunflower seeds, linseed, etc.)
- Fat for the shape
- Flour for the mold

- Dissolve the yeast in the water and mix in the remaining ingredients. Pour everything into a greased and floured loaf pan (the dough is relatively runny) and put in the cold (!) Oven.
- Set the temperature to 200 degrees. The bread is ready after an hour.
