- g 1,000 spelled flour, type 1050
- 2 packs tartar baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 carrot (s), medium-sized
- herbs
- 750 ml buttermilk
- 250 g quark, 40%
- 100 g cream cheese, 20%

- This recipe is based on Quick Yogurt Bread from Backmoouse.
- Mix the spelled flour with salt, tartar baking powder and baking soda and the very finely chopped carrots, onions and herbs. Now gradually mix in the buttermilk, cream cheese and quark.
- I had a sticky dough and therefore put it in two loaf tins.
- Due to the humidity, bake at 180 degrees on the 2nd rack from the bottom for 50 - 60 minutes.
- Easy and quick and possible in many variants.
