Ingredients

  • 250 g spelled flour, type 630
  • 150 g wholemeal spelled flour
  • 100 g rye flour, type 1150
  • 1 packet tartar baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped salt
  • 2 tablespoon flaxseed
  • 375 ml milk, fresh or oat milk
  • 2 tablespoon rapeseed oil

Instructions

  1. Put the flour in a bowl, mix well with the baking powder, flaxseed and salt. Add milk and oil to the flour mixture and stir into a smooth dough with a wooden spoon or knead the dough with the food processor.
  2. Pour the dough into a greased loaf pan and bake for 40 minutes at 200 degrees top / bottom heat or 170 degrees hot air.
