Sponge Cake in a Frying Pan

According to this recipe, the biscuit comes out no worse in taste than the one that is baked in the oven.

Ingredients

  • Butter – 100 g
  • Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Chicken eggs – 4 pcs.
  • Wheat flour – 210 g
  • Sugar – 1 glass

For decoration (optional):

  • Sour cream
  • Gooseberry
  • Fresh mint

Directions

  1. We prepare the ingredients for the biscuit in a frying pan.
  2. We drive the eggs into the bowl.
  3. Add sugar to them and beat everything with a mixer for 7 minutes.
  4. Combine flour with baking powder.
  5. Add flour and baking powder to the egg mass.
  6. Beat everything for another 3 minutes.
  7. Melt the butter over medium heat and pour it over the main ingredients. Beat again.
  8. Be sure to cover the bottom of the pan with parchment paper. Pour the resulting dough into the pan.
  9. We cover the pan with a lid and send it to the lowest heat.
  10. After 30 minutes, the biscuit will be ready.
  11. Decorate the biscuit with sour cream, gooseberries, and mint leaves.
  12. We cool the biscuit and then serve it to the table.
