Ingredients

  • Replace 200 g wheat flour (type 405) with wholemeal spelled flour if necessary
  • 100 g butter, soft
  • 120 g suar
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 150 g yourt (3.5%)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 shot rum
  • 2 drops butter-vanilla flavor

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs with the sugar until frothy. Gradually stir in the butter, yoghurt, flavor, lime juice and rum.
  2. Mix the flour and baking powder. Add while stirring.
  3. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.
  4. Grease a small loaf pan and pour in the batter.
  5. Bake the cake on the middle rack for about 60 minutes. Make a chopstick test to see if it is through.
  6. After turning out, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
