Ingredients

  • 200 g butter
  • 190 g suar
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 80 g Grand Marnier
  • 1 point vanilla sugar
  • 1 point orange (s) - peel, grated
  • 200 g flour, (405)
  • 60 g cornstarch
  • 0.5 ½ point baking powder
  • 1 shot Grand Marnier for glaze
  • 70 g powdered suar for icin

Instructions

  1. Mix the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, orange peel and Grand Marnier until frothy. Sift the flour, cornstarch and baking powder. Eggs and flour are stirred alternately with speed 1 below. Line the loaf pan (25/10/7 cm) with sandwich paper. Pour in the mixture and bake at approx. 160 ° C for 45 minutes. If the cake has a small skin (after approx. 10 minutes), carefully cut into it with a sharp knife so that the cake can rise evenly.
  2. Brush with Grand Marnier glaze while still warm.
