Sugar Syrup Marshmallow.

Delicate marshmallow made from sugar syrup.

Ingredients

  • Sugar – 500 g
  • Water – 100-150 ml
  • Acetic essence – 20 g
  • better Citric acid
  • Gelatin – 10 g
  • Vanilla sugar – 10 g
  • Dry white wine (optional) – 2-3 tbsp

Directions

  1. Prepare foods with a marshmallow recipe.
  2. Pour sugar into water, put on medium heat, and cook for 10-15 minutes.
  3. While the syrup is cooking, soak the gelatin in 1/4 cup of water. Put the cup of gelatin in a bowl of hot water for 15 minutes to completely dissolve the gelatin.
  4. Put a saucepan with syrup in cold water, add vinegar essence to it, then a little vanilla and wine.
  5. Beat the mixture with a whisk or spoon, pouring in the dissolved gelatin.
  6. Beat until the mixture becomes white and fluffy (20-30 minutes).
  7. Take a little mass with a spoon, and if it sticks to the spoon, then the marshmallow is ready.
  8. Put the mass in a plastic bag with a cut-off corner, squeeze in portions onto a greased sheet and wait for the treatment to dry a little (leave the marshmallow overnight).
