- 6 cl grapefruit juice
- 2 cl lemon juice
- 2 cl syrup, (Blue Curacao bar syrup)
- 12 cl tonic water
- some ice cubes, crushed ice
- 2 slices lemon (s), untreated

- For the Surfing Woman, fill the cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes and mix all the ingredients, except for the tonic water, in the shaker. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds and then pour into a long drink glass half filled with crushed ice. Fill up with the tonic water and add 2 slices of an untreated lemon to the glass for decoration.
