Sweety Noodels

• 2 tablespoon sugar, finer
• 1 pinch (s) cinnamon
• 1 packet vanilla sugar
• 3 tablespoon breadcrumbs
• 1 tablespoon nuts, chopped
• 1 tablespoon margarine
• 250 g noodles (spiral noodles)
• 1 pinch (s) chocolate, grated or cocoa to sprinkle on top.

Instructions

1. Bring the pasta to the boil in a large saucepan. Just add a little salt.
2. Heat the margarine in a non-stick pan, add breadcrumbs. When the crumbs are slightly sizzled, turn the hob back to medium heat. Add fine crystal and vanilla sugar. Mix well. Add the nuts and cinnamon. Mix the ingredients well.
3. Important: Since the pan is probably very hot, always make sure that the crumbs don`t burn. If you have liquids in the pan, you can also tell the heat by the too loud sizzling. But since there is hardly any liquid in the pan, it is easy to underestimate the heat it has already received.
4. When the pasta is al dente (firm to the bite), strain it well and add it to the breadcrumb mix. Turn off the hotplate. The remaining heat is enough to properly sizzle the pasta. Mix everything well.
5. Put the sweet noodels in a deep plate. Don`t do too much. To make the pasta even more noble, add some grated chocolate to the noodles. It tastes particularly delicious and makes you feel full.
6. Important: Sweet Noodels can also be wonderfully warmed up and still taste delicious the next day.
7. Side dish: You can combine sweet noodels wonderfully with various fruit sauces or fresh fruit. A glass of milk, fruit tea, juices or even a glass of Baileys round off the taste.
8. Addition: You can also add diced apples - it gives the whole thing a very fruity taste.
