Tartlets with Red Caviar

An excellent appetizer is tartlets with caviar. It is quickly made (from ready-made tartlets), eaten even faster, and decorates the table remarkably.

Cook: 20 minutes

Servings: 5

Ingredients

  • Tartlets (ready-made) – 10 pcs.
  • Processed cream cheese – 150 g
  • Red caviar – 1 jar (120 g)
  • Boiled eggs – 4 pcs.
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Pitted olives – 10 pcs.
  • Mayonnaise – to taste

Directions

  1. Grate the melted cheese on a medium grater.
  2. Open a jar of pitted olives, drain the liquid. Cut olives into rings.
  3. Hard-boiled eggs, chill. Peel boiled eggs, wash, grate on a medium grater.
  4. Open a jar of red caviar.
  5. Open the package of ready-made tartlets.
  6. Put prepared eggs, cheese, garlic, and mayonnaise in a bowl. Mix well.
  7. Fill the tartlets with the mixture, garnish with red caviar and olives. The tartlets with red caviar are ready.
