Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat, half and half
  • 2 tablespoon rapeseed oil
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 carrot (s)
  • 250 g rice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 head lettuce, iceberg, lettuce
  • 1 bell pepper (s)
  • 2 carrot (s)
  • 1 port. Dressing (family favorite dressing)
  • Soy sauce (Ketjap Manis), sweet

Instructions

  1. Boil rice and drain.
  2. Fry the minced meat in a large pan until crumbly and brown. Then add the chopped onion and sliced carrots. Sauté briefly and season with the spices. Then add the rice and let it fry lightly.
  3. Prepare the salad with carrots and peppers and the dressing.
  4. Now comes the highlight:
  5. Arrange the Tarzanessen on a large plate, place the salad right next to it on the plate. If desired, you can refine the Tarzan food with Ketjab Manis. Eat the salad together with the rice dish, i.e. rice dish with salad on a fork. Our children love to eat salad, and so do we.
