Tomatoes Stuffed with Mushrooms and Crab Sticks

The recipe for a delicious hot appetizer – baked tomatoes stuffed with mushrooms and crab sticks. An excellent dish for a festive table!

Ingredients

  • Tomatoes – 4 pcs.
  • Crab sticks – 100 g
  • Canned champignons (pickled) – 70 g
  • Hard cheese – 30 g
  • Butter – 10 g
  • Chicken egg – 1 pc.
  • Mayonnaise – 1 tbsp
  • Parsley – 3 g
  • Dill greens – 3 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. Cut off the tops from the tomatoes, gently remove the juice with seeds and pulp with a teaspoon.
  2. Cut the canned champignons into small cubes.
  3. Also, cut the crab sticks into small cubes.
  4. Place the chopped crab sticks and mushrooms in a bowl.
  5. Add finely chopped dill and parsley to the filling.
  6. Season with salt, pepper and mix all the ingredients of the filling.
  7. Fill the tomatoes with the cooked filling. Place the stuffed tomatoes with mushrooms and crab sticks in a baking dish.
  8. Grate the cheese on a medium grater.
  9. Sprinkle the stuffed tomatoes with cheese.
  10. Put some butter on top of each tomato. Send the stuffed tomatoes to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 15-20 minutes.
  11. Baked tomatoes stuffed with mushrooms and crab sticks are ready. Bon Appetit!
