  • 2 tablespoon yogurt, vegan
  • 5 tablespoon flour
  • some milk, vegan
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Gradually stir the flour into the cream. Then mix in the yogurt and spices. If necessary, adjust the consistency with milk. Finally, heat briefly and vigorously while stirring constantly. Caution burns quickly. The mass quickly becomes quark-like and is ready for further use.
  2. Goes well with potatoes or cauliflower.
