Drain the artichokes (the artichoke flavor will be lost) and cut them very small. Mix these and all other ingredients (except the coconut oil) well by hand in a bowl and let stand for 10-15 minutes.
Instead of the basil in olive oil, you can also use fresh, finely chopped basil and 1 teaspoon of olive oil.
Divide the mixture into 6 parts and form patties with your hands. In a pan with plenty of coconut oil (the patties must never be dry), fry on both sides until golden brown.
Taste warm and cold with vegetables or on a burger. Vegetarians can use milk, cheese, and egg.
