Ingredients

  • 4 cl liqueur (Aperol)
  • 1 glass Prosecco
  • 0.5 ½ orange (n) slice
  • 8 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Put the ice cubes in a large wine glass, then top up first with a normal glass of Prosecco, add the Aperol and add half the orange slice. Serve with a straw (not too thin).
  2. I know this drink as Sprizz Aperol. Depending on the region in Italy, it is also called Veneziano.
