This is a very tender and juicy lemon-flavored curd casserole made from our family recipe. A very simple and quick recipe for cottage cheese casserole.
Beat everything well with a blender. You should get a homogeneous creamy mass.
We spread the mass into a mold greased with butter. You can pour a little sour cream on top (optional).
We bake the curd casserole in a preheated oven at a temperature of 170 degrees for 50 minutes. (The casserole rises a lot when baking, so choose a tall pan.)
The curd casserole turns out to be very juicy. After removing the casserole from the oven, let it cool for a couple of hours.
