Ingredients

  • 1 liter mead, e.g. - forest honey
  • 1 liter juice, (sour cherry juice or nectar)
  • Amaretto, to taste
  • Sugar, to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix the mead with the sour cherry juice or nectar in a saucepan and add amaretto to taste. Depending on whether pure juice or nectar is used, you can add sugar to the sweetener.
  2. Heat everything until just before boiling and serve. If you don`t like amaretto, I can leave it out, but I think it goes perfectly with cherry juice.
