  • 400 g rice, cooked, warm
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • some sesame oil
  • some soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Season the rice with soy sauce and sesame seeds in a bowl. Shape the rice into balls with your hands and a little sesame oil. Brush the balls with soy sauce, add to the hot pan and fry on all sides until lightly browned.
