Ingredients

  • 250 ml yogurt
  • 4 clove (s) garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 medium onion (s), finely chopped
  • 1 lemon (s), untreated, which the juice and the grated zest
  • 1 chilli pepper (s), red, fresh, pitted and finely chopped
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash the lemon with hot water, dry it, rub the peel and squeeze out the juice. Mix well with the other ingredients in a bowl and season to taste.
  2. Let the chicken breast or turkey breast cubes or scampi stand in the marinade in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours.
