Zrazy “Chicken Ryaba”

Chicken zrazy stuffed with cheese and walnuts is good with any side dish.

Ingredients

  • Minced chicken – 500 g
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Milk – 4 tablespoons
  • Eggs – 1-2 pcs.
  • Salt to taste
  • Spices for chicken – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Breadcrumbs – 50 g
  • Flour – how much will it take

For filling:

  • Walnuts – 7 pcs.
  • Hard cheese – 50 g
  • Butter – 50 g

Directions

  1. If you don’t have minced meat, but chicken meat, grind it in a meat grinder.
  2. Grate the onion on a coarse grater.
  3. Mix the onion with the meat.
  4. Pour in milk. So the minced meat will be more tender and juicy.
  5. Beat in eggs one at a time. Stir them into the minced meat.
  6. Add spices and salt to taste.
  7. Knead the minced meat thoroughly. If it’s too rare, add a dash of flour.
  8. Prepare the filling for zraz: chop the nuts, combine them with grated cheese.
  9. Add mild butter to the nuts and cheese. Mix thoroughly.
  10. We begin to form the zrazy. To do this, you need to moisten your hands in water, then the minced meat will not stick to your hands. Put the minced meat on your hand.
  11. Put a teaspoon of the filling in the center. Cover the cutlets with the edges, forming an oval.
  12. Bread the zrazy in breadcrumbs on all sides.
  13. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Dip zrazy into it.
  14. Fry the chicken zrazy on both sides until golden brown over medium heat.
  15. Serve hot chicken. Enjoy your meal!
