Alfredo White Cream Sauce

Spaghetti, pizza, fish, meat, all kinds of green salads, and even sandwiches – all this goes well with a white cream sauce!

Cook: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Butter – 2 tablespoons
  • Heavy cream – 1 tablespoon.
  • Grated Parmesan – 1/2 tablespoon
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Directions

  1. Melt the butter over low heat.
  2. Add the cream gently, stirring gently into the butter.
  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Bring mixture to a boil and reduce heat. Stir the sauce for 5 minutes until thick. It is best to use a wooden spoon for this purpose.
  4. Remove sauce from heat and add grated hard cheese to the mixture. It is very important to mix the cheese and sauce thoroughly!
