Vegan Sauce “Alfredo”

Today I will introduce you to another delicious sauce. This is Alfredo’s creamy sauce. The sauce is of Italian origin.

Ingredients

  • a glass of soy milk;
  • 100 gr. cashews (crushed);
  • 1 clove of garlic;
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil;
  •  1.5 tbsp nutritional yeast;
  • 1/2 tbsp lemon juice;
  •  salt and pepper to taste.

Directions

  1. We start with garlic.
  2. We clean the clove and fry it in olive oil. Then add milk, salt, pepper, cashews (grind in a blender).
  3. Cooking for 5 minutes.
  4. Then add yeast and lemon juice. Beat with a blender.
  5. Serve this sauce with pasta.
