Ingredients

  • 1 large tomato (s)
  • 7 cloves garlic
  • 250 g sheep cheese
  • 1 tablespoon paprika powder, (spicy)
  • 1 pinch (s) chilli flakes
  • salt and pepper
  • 200 ml olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 stick (s) baguette (s)

Instructions

  1. Dip the tomato in hot water, then peel it and remove the green stalk.
  2. Now put the tomato, garlic, sheep cheese, paprika, chilli and soy sauce in a blender and puree finely. Gradually add the olive oil so that a smooth, creamy mixture is formed.
  3. You can also use a little less oil so that the mass becomes a little firmer (as you can buy it in delicatessen shops, for example).
  4. Finally, cut the baguette into 2 cm thick slices and brush with the cream.
  5. Can also be used to prepare the day before.
