Ingredients
- 0.5 liter ½ sour cream
- 200 g suar
- 0.5 ½ pack vanilla sugar
- 60 ml brandy
- 4 sheets gelatine, red

- Whip the cream until stiff, add sugar, vanilla sugar and brandy. Soak and dissolve the gelatine and add the mixture to the gelatine. Fill into goblets and chill.
