Ingredients
- 750 g strawberries
- 150 ml syrup, (strawberry syrup)
- 350 ml water
- 1 splash lemon juice, freshly squeezed or from the bottle
- 12 sheets gelatine, clear
- 4 cl liqueur, (strawberry liqueur)

- Soak the gelatine leaves in water.
- Mix strawberry syrup with water and heat.
- Squeeze out the gelatine and dissolve it in the heated syrup-water mixture while stirring. Set aside and let cool down a bit. Then stir in the strawberry liqueur.
- Remove the stems from the strawberries, wash them carefully and cut them into small pieces.
- Then place in a terrine mold and pour the cooled liquid over it.
- Place in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours.
- Tip:
- - prepare for children without alcohol
- - Serve with ice cream, vanilla sauce or cream
