Ingredients
- 250 g low-fat quark
- 6 half peach (s), canned
- 1 yogurt, whole milk level
- some sweetener, more liquid
- 0.5 ½ lemon (s), add the juice
- 1 banana (s)
- some jam, sour ones (e.g. blackberry jelly) for the decoration

- Peel the banana and mash it in a bowl with a fork. Add the lemon juice and stir. Work in the low-fat quark and yogurt. Sweeten with a few splashes of sweetener - of course you can also use sugar. Dice 5 half peaches and stir in.
- Fill into bowls and serve decorated with peach wedges and blackberry jelly.
