  • 750 g potato (s), peeled and diced
  • 5 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 chilli pepper (s), green, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon coriander greens, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Fry the potatoes in the olive oil over a medium heat for 25 minutes. 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time, squeeze in the clove of garlic and fold in the chopped chili peppers. Salt and pepper the whole thing, mix in the lemon juice and sprinkle with the coriander leaves.
