Ingredients
- 150 g butter, soft
- 100 g suar
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 100 g almond (s), chopped
- 200 g flour
- Grease for the baking sheet or baking paper

- Mix the softened butter together with sugar and salt in a bowl using a hand mixer or a food processor until foamy. Mix in the chopped almonds and (sifted) flour. Shape the dough on the countertop into a roll about 25 cm and 3 cm in diameter. Wrap the rolling pin in cling film and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Grease a baking sheet or line it with baking paper and heat the oven to 220 degrees top / bottom heat. Circulating air 200 degrees. Gas level 4.
- Cut 0.5 cm thick slices from the roll and place on the baking sheet. Leave a little space, as they still run a little. Slide onto the middle rail of the preheated oven.
- Baking time: 10-15 minutes, depending on the oven. The cookies are ready when they are golden yellow in color.
