Ingredients

  • 100 g ham (bresaola, air-dried beef ham)
  • 100 g rocket
  • olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Parmesan, grated

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry arugula.
  2. Arrange the bresaola on plates, spread the rocket on top, slice the parmesan and spread on top.
  3. Drizzle everything with vinegar and oil. The vinegar should be of good quality and a little thicker. If it is too thin, you can reduce it a little in the pot and let it cool down.
