Ingredients
- 100 g ham (bresaola, air-dried beef ham)
- 100 g rocket
- olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
- Parmesan, grated

- Wash and dry arugula.
- Arrange the bresaola on plates, spread the rocket on top, slice the parmesan and spread on top.
- Drizzle everything with vinegar and oil. The vinegar should be of good quality and a little thicker. If it is too thin, you can reduce it a little in the pot and let it cool down.
