Ingredients

  • 20 slices ham, (bresaola or alternatively Bündner meat)
  • cream cheese
  • Mustard, fig or honey mustard
  • olive oil

Instructions

  1. Brush half of the bresaola slices with cream cheese and roll them into a cigarette. The smallest roulade in the world. With a sprinkling of sweet mustard.
  2. No, not Bavarian white sausage mustard, but fig mustard, honey mustard etc. I stir this with a few spritzes of olive oil so that the consistency becomes softer. Alternatively, you can use mayonnaise. There are no limits to the imagination. The main thing is that it has a sweet and spicy note. Just try it.
  3. The rolls are a wonderful addition to an appetizer salad (e.g. rocket or lamb`s lettuce).
