Ingredients

  • 1 kohlrabi
  • 4 tomato (s)
  • 0.5 ½ bunch spring onion (s)
  • 60 g Gouda cheese, diced
  • 200 ml broth
  • Spice mix (tomato spice)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • some oil to fry the kohlrabi

Instructions

  1. Peel the kohlrabi, cut into 1 cm thick slices and simmer in a pan with the broth for 10 minutes. Then fry the slices in a little oil.
  2. In the meantime, cut the tomatoes and spring onions into small pieces. Mix both with the spices and the diced Gouda, stir in a tablespoon of olive oil and mix well. Pour the vegetable and cheese mixture onto the kohlrabi schnitzel.
  3. Briefly bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C top / bottom heat until the cheese has melted.
