- 3 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 teaspoon nuts, chopped or brittle
- 1 piece (s) confectionery (Ferrero kisses)

- Poke the core out of the large apple and hollow it out a little. Mix the quark with the cinnamon, honey and nuts. Then put the filling in the apple. Stuff a Ferrero kiss on top. Drizzle with honey and / or brush with butter
