- 300 g carrot (s)
- 6 dl milk
- 2 teaspoons curry
- salt and pepper
- 1 dl cream

- Peel the carrots, cut them into pieces and cook them covered with water until soft. Drain the water and let the carrots cool down. Puree the carrots with the milk, season with curry powder, salt and pepper. Whip the cream until stiff and mix carefully into the drink.
