Ingredients
- 100 g currants, red or yellow
- 100 ml milk, ice cold
- 6 cl sweet cream
- 2 cl syrup (lime)
- 1 cl grenadine

- Wash the currants and strip them from the vines. (Leave 2-3 vines for garnish).
- Put all ingredients in a tall container and puree with an electric hand blender. Sweeten to taste.
- Pour into a cocktail glass, garnish with the 2-3 currant vines and serve.
- Tip: You can also use freshly squeezed lime juice instead of the syrup, but then you have to sweeten it more.
