  • 2 sheets puff pastry (frozen)
  • 2 apples, peeled, pitted, cut
  • 1 ½ lemon (s)
  • 75 g almond (s), round
  • 100 g suar
  • 1 bag vanilla sugar
  • 2 gingerbread cookies
  • Cinnamon powder
  • Sugar for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Take the puff pastry sheets out of the freezer and let them thaw. During this time, the apples are prepared and the lemons are squeezed.
  2. The apples are placed in a bowl and mixed with the lemon juice. Add the sugar, vanilla sugar and cinnamon and mix again. Now the ground almonds are stirred in.
  3. The gingerbread can be freed from the glaze as desired (but not necessary), chopped into small pieces and also mixed in. Now you can add sugar and cinnamon to taste, if necessary refine it with a pinch of gingerbread spice.
  4. The filling is placed on a sheet of dough. Now the second plate is placed and both plates are pressed together at the edges. Sprinkle a little sugar (and possibly cinnamon) over the top of the pastry. Bake at 180 - 200 ° C (convection) for about 15 - 20 minutes.
