Corn Mini Donuts

Deep-fried corn mini-donuts are a great simple snack for a big fun company. Everything is extremely simple and fast. Delicate dough, sweetness from corn, and pepper from the chili. This appetizer is perfect for fun friendly gatherings or for a warm cozy evening with a cool movie!

Ingredients

  • Canned corn – 1 can
  • Cheese – 120 g
  • Chili pepper – 1 pc.
  • Milk – 360 ml
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Flour – 240 g
  • Baking powder – 1 teaspoon.
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon
  • Sugar – 1 teaspoon
  • Ground paprika – 1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil – for deep-fat

Directions

  1. Add baking powder, salt, sugar, paprika to the flour (we have smoked). Mix well.
  2. Add milk and egg. Mix thoroughly so that there are no lumps.
  3. Pour in grated cheese, corn. Mix until smooth. Add finely chopped chili peppers. The cheese and corn donut dough is ready.
  4. Heat the vegetable oil well in a saucepan. Spoon the dough into the butter. Deep-fry donuts until golden brown.
  5. Corn mini donuts with cheese and chili are ready.
