  • 500 g round beef or pork
  • 2 liters broth, e.g., Take stock cube
  • 2 onion (s), finely chopped
  • 500 g sauerkraut from the can
  • 0.5 tablespoon ½ paprika powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds, ground
  • 1 large can tomato paste
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat with chopped onions in a saucepan, then add the stock. Add the sauerkraut, spices and tomato paste and simmer for about 30 minutes. Stir in the sour cream before serving.
