Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken fillet (s)
  • 4 wrap (s) (wheat wraps)
  • 2 handfuls rocket
  • 2 handfuls iceberg lettuce, cut
  • 1 cup flour
  • 4 tablespoon oil
  • some water
  • some salt and pepper
  • 3 tablespoon mustard, medium hot
  • 4 tablespoon parmesan, coarsely grated
  • 1 handful cherry tomato (s)
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 4 tablespoon sauce (steak or barbecue sauce)

Instructions

  1. First wash the iceberg lettuce, rocket and cherry tomatoes. Roughly cut the iceberg lettuce and halve the cherry tomatoes.
  2. Then cut the chicken fillets into strips and season with salt and pepper (other spices can also be used). Put the flour in a plate and flour the seasoned fillets in it. Put some oil in a pan and fry the chicken fillets until crispy, then transfer them to a plate.
  3. In the meantime, mix the oil, mustard, sugar, pepper and a little water together to make a thicker dressing. Then brush a wrap with the steak or barbecue sauce and spread the iceberg lettuce and rocket in the middle. In between a couple of cherry tomatoes and then some of the mustard dressing on top. Now the chicken strips on top and then the grated Parmesan.
  4. Fold the wrap up at the bottom, then fold the left side to the right and right side to the left. Cover the other wraps in the same way.
