Fried potatoes are always delicious. Each housewife has her own favorite and proven recipe. I want to share my recipe for fried potatoes with onions and herbs.

Ingredients
Potatoes – 700 Grams
Bulb onion – 80 Grams
Sunflower oil – 80 Grams
Garlic – 1 Clove
Dill – 20 Grams
Salt – To taste
Pepper – To taste
Directions
We clean and wash the potatoes.
Cut the potatoes and put them in the pan.
Fry the potatoes over medium-high heat, stirring gently with a spatula every two minutes.
Cut the onion into half rings and add to the potatoes after 15 minutes.
Cover the pan with a lid to steam the onion. Salt, pepper and fry for about 5 minutes.
When the potatoes and onions are ready, remove the pan from the heat and sprinkle everything with finely grated garlic and finely chopped dill. Cover with a lid again and let stand for a few minutes, so that the garlic and herbs give off their aromas. After a while, the dish is ready.
