Ingredients

  • 150 g reaves
  • 150 grams flour
  • 15 g yeast
  • 3 tablespoon milk, lukewarm
  • 2 tablespoon sour cream
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 tablespoon wine
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg (s) (for brushing)
  • 1 teaspoon caraway (does not have to be)

Instructions

  1. Let the yeast rise in the milk. Chop the greaves very finely, use the flour, the left yeast, the cream, the egg, the wine and the salt to form a dough, which is kneaded out three times in succession and then beaten into 3 to 4 parts. Let rest for ½ hour. Cut out donuts with a small cookie cutter and place on an ungreased tray. Let rise for ½ hour. Brush with the beaten egg. Sprinkle with caraway seeds if desired and bake on high heat (200-220 ° C) for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
