Ingredients

  • 500 g pasta
  • 6 sausages (Mettenden) or Cabanossi
  • 2 packs tomato (s), happened
  • 2 onions)
  • broth
  • pepper
  • possibly garlic
  • oil
  • Water (salt water)
  • possibly herbs

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta as usual in plenty of salted water until it is firm to the bite. Cut the sausages into slices, dice the onion, chop the garlic (if you like).
  2. Sear the sausages in the oil in a large saucepan, add the onions and garlic, let everything stew a little. Add the tomatoes, season well with the broth and pepper, simmer for 5 minutes. It can be seasoned a little stronger. If you like, you can also enrich the stew with herbs.
  3. Mix the cooked pasta with the sauce and season to taste. The stew tastes best when it is warmed up, goes super fast and is very tasty. We always enjoyed eating it as kids.
