Ingredients

  • 140 g butter
  • 70 g suar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 70 g almond (s), round
  • 100 grams flour
  • 100 g cornstarch

For the filling:

  • 50 g butter
  • 60 g powdered suar
  • 2 teaspoon coffee powder, instant

For the cast:

  • 50 g powdered suar
  • 1 tablespoon coffee, cooked
  • Confectionery, (chocolate mocha beans)

Instructions

  1. Mix the butter, sugar and egg yolks together. Knead in the almonds and flour. Put the dough in a cool place.
  2. Then roll out thinly and cut out cookies. Place these on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and place in the preheated oven (175 ° C) for about 8-10 minutes.
  3. For the filling, stir together the butter and powdered sugar until frothy. Add instant coffee to taste.
  4. For the icing, mix powdered sugar with liquid coffee and glaze half of the cookies with it and place a mocha bean on top. Brush the other half of the cookies with the filling and place a glazed cookie on top.
