- 1 large zucchini
- 300 g feta cheese
- 200 g bacon, diced
- 100 g parmesan cheese
- 1 large onion (s)
- 3 spring onion (s)
- 1 large clove garlic
- 3 egg (s)
- 150 grams flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 70 ml oil
- 125 ml milk

- Heat some oil in a pan, add the zucchini, sliced and halved, diced onions and chopped spring onions and brown.
- Finally, add the bacon cubes and the finely chopped garlic, but do not brown them too long.
- Dice the feta and grate the parmesan.
- Mix the flour, baking powder, eggs, oil and milk and stir in the zucchini, onion, garlic, leek and bacon mixture from the pan. Then add feta cheese, parmesan, salt (not too much - the bacon already has a lot of its own flavor), pepper (colorful pepper tastes very tasty, freshly ground), chives and parsley and mix.
- This dough comes in a baking pan / glasses (6x 435 ml - fill the dough approx. Half full.
- Bake at 180 ° (top and bottom heat) for about 35-45 minutes.
- When baking in the jar, close with screw lids immediately after baking to make the cake durable. It`s also great for on the go - for work, when traveling, as a delicious souvenir
