Lenten Coffee Muffins

Ingredients

  • flour 1 cup
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • cocoa powder 2 tbsp
  • baking powder 1 tsp
  • boiling water 2/3 cup
  • instant coffee 1/2 tablespoon
  • refined vegetable oil 3 tbsp.

Directions

Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 30 minutes
Total time: 40 minutes

Brew coffee with boiling water and cool. Stir the rest of the bulk, then add coffee and oil. Beat.

Put the dough into molds on 2/3. Bake in an oven well preheated to 200 ° C for 30 minutes. Done! 8 cupcakes came out. Enjoy your tea!
