Ingredients
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 500 g pointed peppers, red
- 2 teaspoons onion (s), freeze-dried
- 1 teaspoon garlic, freeze-dried
- 1 teaspoon vegetable stock, instant
- 50 ml water
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ pepper, black, ground
- 1 teaspoon black cumin
- 1 pinch (s) thyme
- 1 pinch (s) marjoram
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, darker

- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Pour the oil into a deep baking dish and distribute it. Cut the peppers into bite-sized pieces. Mix all ingredients, place in the tin and cook covered for approx. 40 minutes, stirring once during this time.
- Let everything cool until the pepper pieces are lukewarm, then season with balsamic vinegar.
