Ingredients

  • 1 kg roast pork (piece salmon or loin)
  • 2 onion (s) (vegetable onions)
  • 2 red pepper (s)
  • 1 zucchini
  • 4 carrot (s)
  • 5 tablespoon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 500 ml sweet cream
  • 200 ml sour cream or sour cream
  • 250 g feta cheese
  • Parsley, chopped
  • possibly salt
  • possibly chili powder

Instructions

  1. Cut the roast into approx. 2 cm thick slices, but do not cut all the way through. Brush the gaps with mustard. Put the meat in a baking dish.
  2. Mix the sweet and sour cream with the crushed garlic, pepper and chopped parsley (possibly frozen goods). Pour over the meat and leave to stand in the refrigerator for 24 hours, covered.
  3. Clean and dice onions, peppers, carrots and zucchini. Put in a pan with heated olive oil and sauté. Season to taste with mustard and garlic, pepper and possibly salt and chili powder. Now pour this vegetable mixture over the meat.
  4. Let everything cook in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for approx. 90 minutes. Then spread the crumbled feta cheese on top and place in the oven again until the feta has melted.
  5. Serve with fresh ciabatta.
  6. Caution: Do not add salt to meat and vegetables, as the feta releases a lot of salt.
