Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • salt
  • 500 g corn flour
  • 0.5 ½ bunch coriander greens
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • Vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Bring 2 ½ l water with butter and salt to the boil. Add corn flour and stir well until you get a smooth dough. Chop the coriander and parsley and add. Cook for a few minutes.
  2. Spread the dough on a large plate and let it cool. Then cut into 5 cm cubes. Heat the oil and fry the corn cubes one by one until golden brown. Take out and drain well.
